In collaboration with Primrose, Project Origin developed a presentation of Ethiopian coffee as unique and expressive as the Enigma lot they had created in Panama two years before. Every delivered lot is meticulously sorted, leaving perfect red cherries ideal for CM processing. Things in Ethiopia have progressed for the Project Origin team in experimental processing since their debut in 2018. Lot 1212 is another exceptional example of an intentionally crafted flavour expression.
