This is an Anaerobic coffee, which means, it has undergone fermentation in a closed environment without oxygen, which adds alot of complex flavors along with great clarity. Grown at altitudes 1950m to 2000m above sea level. With a cup score of 87.75, it has flavors of strawberries, blueberries, and grapes, juicy mouthfeel and a delicate body. We love this coffee brewed in chemex for the clarity and the intense fruity flavors of it, and we recommend it 30 days post roast date.
