This Ethiopian coffee is grown by smallholder farmers living around the Kabele town of Aricha in Gedeo county, Yirgacheffe region. It is grown at altitudes between 2000m to 2200m above sea level. The unique characteristics it’s known for are due to the fact that it’s naturally processed. This coffee produces a super fruity cup with floral and juicy acidity. Notes of strawberries and blueberries are dominant in this coffee, which makes it a great choice for pour over coffee.
